• Usage Data: Prompts you provide to our AI assist tools and the outputs generated.
• Payment Information: Billing data is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Analytics: Page visits, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Apeiron platform
• Store and manage your digital products
• Process AI-assisted content generation
• Manage your subscription and billing
• Send essential service communications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our tools

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Anthropic: Your AI prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for generation. Anthropic's data policies apply.
• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs billing data.
• Google: Authentication via Google OAuth.
• Railway: Our backend infrastructure provider. Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases hosted by Railway.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted database connections, and secure authentication with HttpOnly cookies and JWT tokens.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and products
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and all products within 30 days, except where required by law.
