Welcome to Apeiron (Apeiron). By using our platform at apeironpoint.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Apeiron, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Apeiron is an AI-powered digital product creation platform. Users can create, edit, and export digital products including online courses, e-books, templates, and coaching programs. The platform uses Anthropic's Claude AI to assist with content creation.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Apeiron. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Plan: 3 products, 10 AI generations per month.
• Pro Plan: $19.99/month or $199.99/year. Unlimited products, unlimited AI generations, PDF export.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Digital Products

Ownership: You retain full ownership of all digital products you create on Apeiron. The content you write, edit, and publish is yours.

AI-Assisted Content: Content generated with our AI assist tools is provided for your use. You may edit, publish, and sell this content as your own. However, AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before use — it may contain inaccuracies.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of products you create and sell. Apeiron is a tool, not a publisher.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Apeiron to create illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent products
• Create products that infringe on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform
• Abuse the AI generation system or attempt to bypass usage limits
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate content

7. Platform Intellectual Property

Apeiron's platform, design, code, AI prompts, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them. Your right to use the platform is limited to creating your own products through our interface.

8. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-assisted content is generated by Anthropic's Claude and is intended as a starting point. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing or selling.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apeiron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including revenue lost from products you create or sell.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We recommend exporting your products before deleting your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Apeiron after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
